Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we have it, which companies process it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Every provider we use is named.
1. Who we are
Local SEO Tool is operated by TOTOSLOCAL ONE PRIVATE LIMITED, Sky Privlion, 501, Nipania, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India. For questions about anything on this page, email support@reviewresponsetool.co.
2. What we collect
Account details. Name, business name, email address, phone number and the login details you set.
Billing details. What you subscribed to and what was charged. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
Business and location data. The locations you add and their details, such as address, hours, categories and services.
Connected profile data. Where you connect a Google Business Profile, the profile information, posts, photos, reviews and performance data we need to show and manage it.
Content you enter. Keywords, review text you paste in, survey answers you collect, and anything you type into a tool.
Usage data. Which pages and features are used, and technical information such as browser type and approximate location from your IP address.
Free tool use. A visitor identifier so the daily fair use limits work, and the email address if you choose to give one.
3. Why we have it
To provide the service you signed up for, and to make the features work.
To take payment and keep billing records we are required to keep.
To answer support questions and tell you about changes that affect your account.
To keep the service secure, apply the fair use limits and investigate misuse.
To improve the product, using aggregate information rather than anything that identifies you.
4. Who processes it
We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each one only receives what it needs.
OpenAI, United States. Generates drafts in the AI features. Receives the text you enter into those features, such as a review you want to reply to, and the business name and rating you give it.
DataForSEO, Lithuania. Supplies search data for rank checks, keyword research, backlink, authority and traffic tools. Receives the keyword, domain and location you enter.
Google, United States. Business Profile data for the locations you connect, and the map embed on our contact page and footer. Receives the requests needed to read and update your profiles.
DigitalOcean, United States. Hosts the servers the platform runs on, so your data is stored on infrastructure they operate.

5. What we do not do
We do not sell your data.
We do not use your data to train AI models, and the providers we use for AI features do not train on it either.
We do not run advertising networks on this site.
6. Data leaving India
Several of the providers above operate outside India, so data reaching them is processed outside India. We only use providers that offer terms covering how they protect it.
If you would rather your account did not use the AI features at all, tell us and we will disable them for you.
7. How long we keep it
Account and location data for as long as your account is active.
After you close the account we delete or anonymise your data within ninety days, except records we have to keep for tax and accounting, which are kept for as long as the law requires.
Measurement history is kept while the account is active so comparisons work. You can export it before you leave.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it in a particular way.
Email support@reviewresponsetool.co and we will respond within thirty days. We may need to confirm who you are first.
If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
9. Security
Traffic runs over HTTPS. API keys and connected account credentials are encrypted before they are stored. Passwords are stored as hashes, so nobody here can read yours.

10. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, mostly to make the free tool limits and the login work. Our cookie policy lists them.
11. Children
The service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you we will tell you rather than leaving you to notice.
